  • I would have done less in Florence. The second day in Florence Mike and I went to four museums. I’m glad I got to visit all those museums but it was also a little too much. It’s hard to enjoy anything when you’re trying to enjoy everything.

  • I would have taken some more time to enjoy Rome. We mostly just went to museums and I didn’t have the opportunity to get a feel for the city.

  • I would have made food more of a priority while in Italy. I would have researched highly rated restaurants and found a way to make it happen.
